Worth the wait....? We traveled about a hour to get to this dealership. The deals we saw on line couldn't be beat by any dealership closer to us. He was working with other people but took a minute to say hello and that he would be with us shortly. It didn't take very long for him to get to us and get the car to show us. My husband took the test drive and came back happy, loving the car. He decided this was the car he wanted. This is where the very long wait started. They had to take the tint off the front windows and we had to wait for the finance woman. It was a Sunday so there was only one person working finance so this took a very long time! Kile kept checking on us and showed us where to get free water & chips. Since we had our 6yr old with us this was a winner!! It being Sunday they could not have the car detailed but Kile took it out back and hosed it off so it looked decent. I thought that was above and beyond what he needed to do!! Once we finally got to finance the woman was very nice and quick! Before long we were on our way. We ran into an issue with the drivers side window within minutes of leaving the dealership so turned around. Kile helped with what he could but all the mechanics had left for the day. He assured us that he would get us in for an appointment this week to get it taken care of. I found Kile to be extremely helpful knowledgeable. He definitely made our experience worth the wait! More

You may have to wait a few minutes while they get the car for you, since the cars are located not in front of the dealership but in the adjacent lots. A different way to buy the vehicle you want for less money. My sales rep, James Palmer, was THE best sales person I've ever done business with, I've owned 6 vehicles up to this point, all used. He's direct to the point, very knowledgeable about all kinds of vehicles, and the best part, he's not pushy at all. If it wasn't for him I'm not sure I would have enjoyed the experience. Thanks again, James. A Better Way Auto has a ridiculous amount of cars for sale. Make sure you call ahead to make sure the car you want to test is not already sold, cars fly out of this dealership like crazy. It is a bit of a hassle because everyone in a 100 mile radius comes here to look at cars, so sometimes it takes a while before you get to see the car you want. Again that is why you call ahead and plan on a time to check out a vehicle. Also, plan on spending sometime there, with the amount of business they do, it can take a while. The plus side to all of the waiting is you won't find a better price anywhere. More
