He's direct to the point, very knowledgeable about all kinds of vehicles, and the best part, he's not pushy at all. If it wasn't for him I'm not sure I would have enjoyed the experience. Thanks again, James. A Better Way Auto has a ridiculous amount of cars for sale. Make sure you call ahead to make sure the car you want to test is not already sold, cars fly out of this dealership like crazy. It is a bit of a hassle because everyone in a 100 mile radius comes here to look at cars, so sometimes it takes a while before you get to see the car you want. Again that is why you call ahead and plan on a time to check out a vehicle. Also, plan on spending sometime there, with the amount of business they do, it can take a while. The plus side to all of the waiting is you won't find a better price anywhere. More

Beat choice ! I'll be honest from the reviews I would have never chosen this place.. I took a chance and went in and was approved. I didn't have to do much as a customer except choose the car and sign on the dotted line. I went to a few dealers and the price of my GLK 350 was unbeatable no one could not match or counter the price. I'm not gonna lie, I had a minor issue the day I brought the car, but we all know when electronics, mechanical things even as human beings etc nothing is perfect .. But when I called with my issue they where on top of it IMMEDIATLY. Received the call my car was all set 24 hours later.. I had the best experience,over all everyone I came into contact there was friendly and willing to help. Especially ANTONIO the customer service salesman I worked with he was superb! I continue to recommend my friends and family because that's how I felt as though I was treated! Like family or a long time friend. I never felt pressure to buy like the usual dealers just for a sale. I'm glad I choose to go with a better way. I bought my car in early April 2016, I waited to write this review so that it would be true to experience.. 3 months later no issues and it's running smooth, I will also continue to go there to service the car as well the parts and mechanic team are great!
