Now i got a used spare part which a Ford Dealer should put in. First of all, i was told to get a new part. Second the part i got was broken because of no packaging material in the box. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A CAR THERE. And to everybody who read this. Don't go there. I regret that i didn't listen to the bad Reviews i saw on the Internet. I am Feeling sorry for the salespersons there. Do not write a Review in front of your sales Person like they would like you to do it. Do it at home. Couple of days/weeks later. We bought a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Antonio was very helpful with finding the right car for my wife. He answered all our questions and finally he found the perfect car for my wife for a very good price. Thank you! More

They were very aware of customers waiting and did a great job accommodating folks. The staff were all very friendly and also upfront on how the process work. Although it was a long wait to get our car - due to the sheer volume of folks picking up cars (which is a good thing!) - it was not a stressful wait because they have TV's, snacks coffee etc. I would definitely buy another car here and would recommend to anyone I meet!
