Don't get screwed, like I did. I was in the market for a vehicle for my son. I went to this dealership with about 12 cars I was interested in seeing. Only 4 were still available, I was in the market for a vehicle for my son. I went to this dealership with about 12 cars I was interested in seeing. Only 4 were still available, the salesman could only find 3 of them. 2 of the 3 were in rough shape. The one My wife and I chose was a 2006 Pontiac Torrent with only 64K miles on it. I had checked the car fax and it was clean. The car was in excellent shape inside and out. I thought I had found a really good car for under $7,000. We took if for a test drive, it drove really well. We put a deposit down, and came back the following Saturday (10/15) to pick it up. They did offer a 3 yr./36,000 mile warranty for $1,880 as older cars are bought as is, no warranty. I opted not to take the warranty as it seemed a bit pricey. After all the car was in great shape, had low miles on it, what could go wrong! I get the car home, I live in MA. I paid cash for the car and I was told I would have the title by Tuesday, it came Friday (10/21). They forgot to send it out.....really! Problem #1: 6 days after we picked up the car we had torrential rains all night and as it turns out there is a water leak. The front floor had 4 inches of water. Problem #2 and #3: After registering the car on Monday (10/24) I drove it to my mechanics to get it inspected and on my way the check engine light came on and the engine was running really hot. Great, failed inspection and another issue. Made an appt. with my mechanic to see what's going on with this car. So, my mechanic checks it out and told me someone had in meddling around before I bought the car as the thermostat was removed completely, probably to hide the fact that the head gasket was no good, a $1,500 job to fix. Now my $7,000 gem is looking more like a piece of coal. Do not buy older vehicles from this dealer that have no warranty. Learn from my mistake. More

This young man didn't speak great English nor was he friendly or welcoming. He was rude and couldn't really show us any cars. I would never come back here if I had to deal with this salesman again. It certainly was an interesting(in a good way) experience. No hassle, no pressure, the price is what it is. We bought a 2013 MINI Cooper S Roadster, price below recommended on KBB. Did a bunch of research on the car before arriving...going to a different website to get the CARFAX. Car was in great shape inside and out. So far no problems and LOVING it!! Took delivery the same day, just did not realize how long it would take...from time of decision till driving away was 4 hours... It was busy, though all workers were saying it was a slow day. Anna was great; easy going, patient and no pressure. A pleasure to work with. More
