We met with Eli and the first thing he asked was did I do my homework. The answer "absolutely". Folks, if you are going to buy wholesale, and get cheaper prices, get a carfax report for all the cars you investigate. Spend the money ahead of time as you are getting a car for a lot less than you would elsewhere. We test drove five cars and through the whole experience, Eli was forthcoming with honest information and feedback. He was fair about what we would get (no dickering on the prices and cosmetics are secondary). This was a 5 experience because the car is solid, the price was extremely fair, the assistance Eli provided was professional and competent and I was able to leave with the car that day back to NY. I will come back here again for my next used car. More

great experience we found a vehicle we were interested in online through their web site. so we took a ride there and asked to see it. when they brought it up from ano we found a vehicle we were interested in online through their web site. so we took a ride there and asked to see it. when they brought it up from another lot we liked what we saw and then took it for a test ride. then we decided to buy it right after the ride. now for all you that have complained about this dealership. this is a wholesale dealership. its not like your local dealership. this place is very very busy. the location of the dealership could not possibly hold all the cars for sale so therefore they have to bring the car up from another lot. then if you decide you want to buy it then you fill out all the loan paperwork and you have to wait for your approval (which we did not have to do because we paid cash). then the paperwork goes upstairs and you have to wait to be called upstairs to sign all the paper work. you again will have to wait for your turn to be called as their are other people who bought cars waiting as well. but all the waiting was not a problem for us because of the excellent price we paid for the vehicle. we had Kent K as our salesman he was great to work with. i would recommend a better way wholesale autos to anyone i know. so if you go there do not expect to just see the car right away and plan to spend some time waiting but its usually worth the wait. More

I got the plate on the same day when I decided to buy the car. The process is smooth (only about two hours)... I did not wait for a long time like other people mentioned on the Yelp.... I gave four stars for quality of work because the marker on the car has not been cleaned after I picked up the car. Although I was told that the dealership did not do cosmetic, I think this is what they can approve. I also gave four stars for friendliness because the representative did not say "Bye" before hanging up the phone with me... although I like his service and he is very nice, I still think he can approve it a bit..... First time I called this dealer ship and contacted a sales person I asked about a car he was very rude I asked him if I could get a few hundred dollar discount how I am ready to buy he said he doesn't discount and hanged up the phone RUDE. I called back because I thought maybe I get and asked for the manager he said the car was available I told him I was commuting over 2 hours and don't want any surprises he assured me the car was in excellent condition and very clean no accident with good history almost new only had teen miles. So I go and the car was dirty with bird xxxx all over it not washed or cleaned out of gas and worst of all it was hit I mean badly when you open the drivers door it dropped half an inch non of the lines on the right side of car lined up but clean Carfax very shady and he had the nerve to say well I didn't know and we don't negotiate price, not that I wanted it anymore he wasted my time gas and money. So I left then he called back and apologizing a bit but tried to tell me that its priced below book value and tiring to justify how ignorant I told him its not about $ its that you guys LIED and are dishonest about this car the picture was from a different car on line and adds and I didn't want a banged up car and you didn't tell me and made me come here all the way and wasted my time and now telling me the book value is higher. **** SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND BEWARE OF A BETTER WAY WHOLESALE AUTO MY FOOT.
