Ok I when to this place place to buy a car. I saw the car that I was looking for had a few issues they promised to fix before closing. Closing date not fix any of the issues, car still nasty inside, they change the front brakes with the cheaper parts they have available, need to change it again a lot of dust and noise from those "NEW BRAKES" The sales supervisor T.J. is how he likes to be call is a VERY PROFESSIONAL LIAR he will laugh in your face. He promised with a very serious face that they order the seat that was broke in the car and if anything happens I can call him anytime with any problem well at my second call to check the status he told the sales person to tell me not to call him anymore looks like he doesn't have the courage to do it by himself so I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER BEEN IN 23 YEARS... Drove over an hour to see a car when I get there it has check engine light, door ajar light. They want you to commit to buying a car before they fix it. When I showed up to look at a jeep a gentleman by the name of Kent handled all my questions and took the time to share information about these types of vehicles. After I purchased the vehicle, he made sure it went through a good safety inspection where they found it needed new Tie Rods and they were replaced at no cost to me as well as adding a brand-new top. I'm extremely happy with this dealer and plan to buy all my future vehicles there. It was a great experience and I hope Kent gets the recognition he deserves. Awesome person!!! More

I just called A "Better Way", to ask about a car that I am interested in. The sales person (Sarah) didn't have a clue about how sales taxes worked for out of state buyers, and the moment I said I would be am interested in. The sales person (Sarah) didn't have a clue about how sales taxes worked for out of state buyers, and the moment I said I would be paying cash (not financing) she basically lost interest. Another interesting point, is I asked if I could pay to have an independent inspection done on the car, by a service that will go to the dealer; I was told no that is not allowed unless I give them a 1000USD non-refundable deposit. I am all for a deposit, but to make it non-refundable is nonsense. If the inspections turns up an unknown issue I do not want to be locked into the car. No matter how you slice it this is not a good way to do business and it all feels quite disingenuous. Not to mention the fact the sales person I worked with wasn't on top of her game, or the additional 996USD transaction fee... I would avoid this place and find somewhere more reputable. More

Liam, my salesman, went above and beyond. You have to remember that this place specializes in selling vehicles to the consumer for the lowest price possible. The dealership is located in an industrial Park, a non-traditional setting, again to cut costs they pass on to consumers. Sales are no haggle, but then you already know what it is you were going to pay upfront with no guessing games. You can always buy an extended warranty if you are worried about the longevity of these vehicles. A place like this can’t be that bad with hundreds of people packing in there every week. I don’t think it’s for everybody and for all situations but if you are in a pinch looking for a low priced vehicle, this is a place you should keep in mind. Drove over 2 1/2 hours to buy a car here& would do again. More
