Wasted my time! I called the dealership at 12:00 PM and was told that the vehicle on their website was still available. I called again at 1:30 PM and talked to JOHNNY I called the dealership at 12:00 PM and was told that the vehicle on their website was still available. I called again at 1:30 PM and talked to JOHNNY. He was pretty rude right from the start. I told him that I was going to leave work early to drive 2.5 hours to look at the vehicle. He said I should call before I leave to make sure it was still there. I called at 3 PM to again tell him that I was on my way. He said he would get the vehicle out and ready for a test drive. JOHNNY called me at 4:30 to tell me that he couldn't find the vehicle and that he just found out it was sold. When I reminded him that I left work 2 hours early and had already been on the road for 1.5 hours he was very unapologetic and said I should call his manager to complain. He seemed more upset that he was put out than the fact that he WASTED MY TIME. Very unprofessional and disorganized dealership. That's about the nicest way I can bring myself to put it. More
Bad brakes, wouldn't resolve issue. First off, the sales people were great, very personable. The car itself was sold to me needing new brakes and rotors. Unsafe to drive and the dealer says they "inspected" it prior to leaving. A day later the brakes start screeching and my mechanic showed me the grooves in the rotors from the brakes being completely worn down in the front. When trying to contact the dealer about it they said it's not their issue and I ended up having to pay for new brakes because my car was not safe to be on the roads. Definitely a shady dealership. Avoid them if you have the option. More

Awful experience I seen photos of a suv i was looking for on this dealership through one of the car sites. I called them to find out details about the vehicle. Well wh I seen photos of a suv i was looking for on this dealership through one of the car sites. I called them to find out details about the vehicle. Well when i called they couldnt find it so i was shuffled to different staff on the phone, till finally got someone who located the vehicle. The person i spoke with stated it just arrived and wasnt familiar with it. I stated id be coming the next day to see it and would be coming 2 and a half hour drive. The staff requested i come in the afternoon so the mechanic had a chance to go thru it. I arrived the next day about 1230pm. I seen the car so went over opened the door, the rugs were a mess,black hand prints of grease all over the interior of the front of the suv. It was filthy. I finally got a hold of the person i spoke to on the phone. Once inside this place was a zoo,not enough space,shuffled from one desk and sales person to the next. Way overcrowded, no sense of organization,chaotic,crammed,and treated like they could careless if you buy or not. After being told the mechanic still had not looked at it yet,so i couldnt test drive it yet, i was told to go eat lunch to give them time, that was after an hour of being sent from desk to desk as thus small building with a bunch of desks and chairs crammed with over 20 sales ppl and 25 to 30 buyers running around,moving from desks to desks,making out paperwork,locating vehicles,chaotic madness. After going to a lovely lunch my friend and i returned and the vehicle still wasnt seen by the mechanic,id have to wait. I went outside the vehicle was still filthy and id noticed a broken overdrive on the console,hole in headliner, coffee stains,scratches,looked like someone had lived in this car. At this point ive been waiting almost 3hrs to test drive this car. I was standing out in the cold,upset,disappointed, pissed off,feeling like no one could careless i was going to pay cash for this car,second rate,no pride in their cars, and could careless about their patrons. I was complaining to my friend when ,what looked like another sales person,overheard my rantings of being very angry at this point,turned out to be the general manager of the car lot. He got the salesman who was working with me, whom was a very pleasant gentleman, and the GM went in to the mechanic, drove the car straight to me in less then 10 minutes. Finally get in this car,took additional 10 minutes to locate plates. I pull out of the parking lot and at the first light this car downshifts and gives out a huge bang under the car. Also the car was on empty,had to pull in nearest gas station for gas. We were directed where to drive by the salesman,up a large hill,the car struggled to shift and just all around didn't know if it was going to make it up the hill or even back to the lot. At this point the car had noticeable problems,,the broken OD button i think was stuck on,tranny had problems,the low tire and abs dash lights were on, remember the mechanic just gave its ok. All 4 tires low pressure,the brakes were awful,OD stuck on,its get up and go,got up and went,its filthy carpets,console,all interior from dash,steering wheel, door jams covered in black grease fingerprints. I ask the salesman about warranty and bottom dollar etc. Well was told prices are non negotiable on this car lot cause they are wholesale,btw this car listed for 9995.00, only warranty is if its still covered under manufacture, which it being 2008 wasnt. So i asked why would they present a car filthy,not running correctly,mechanical and cosmetic issues,dash lights on,offer no warranty,non negotiable car. Salesman stated, once its bought they detail it,fix its issues and you get it clean and running top shape. I asked wouldnt it be good practice to do that before they list it and have buyer's come to see it. And the sales guy just had no words. Needless to say we returned to the car lot at about 420pm and i was disgusted,disappointed, disbelief,offended,angry,tired,pissed off,waste of time,day,gas, now having to drive 2and a half hours home in rush hour traffic,only good thing was lunch. I took pictures and video to show my significant other, he would of left as soon as he got their at 1230pm and saw the filthy car they presented. So i wrote this review for ppl to have an idea of what they will be getting into once they arrive at this car lot. It all seems like common practice here. I asked ppl from lunch,convenience store in town and all stated stay away,,run quick. I hope this helps others. It was suppose to be a great experience getting a car but this was the worst ive ever seen. If i could give thus dealership no stars i would,only good thing was sales man was very pleasant thru it all and GM was a descent guy and took initiative. More

Although I did my due diligence prior to visiting the dealer, Antonio the salesman explained everything upfront including fees, how the organization operates, and the entire process of how they buy and sell their automobiles. He worked with me every step of the way. No pressure to buy any specific cars because the cars and the price virtually sell themselves. I bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra in immaculate condition. I came in, did a couple test drives, chose a car, and came in the next day and was able I drive away, plates and everything on it. Great service. Only 4 stars because the busy loud nature of the office made me feel rushed and stressed so I didn’t the examine the car a shower completely as I would have liked, o my to get home and find dirty carpet spots and a handful of scratches. More
