As soon as I hit the lot, he was right there to assist me and show me the vehicle I was looking for. Took it up on the lift for me so that I didn't have to crawl on the ground. Really appreciated how Chris went the extra mile. Would like some privacy though in the future; individual offices would be a plus, not big on the whole open office effect but it is what it is; keep overhead down, keeps consumer prices down. Probably will not beat their prices. At the end of the day, it's worth it for the price. Plus the warranty on newer vehicles...If you see a car on their website that you want, call make sure it's there, then start doing paperwork. They really try to make it easy for the customer. More

Bad things: problem with battery and dealer tricked me saying that will take care of everything, when I took a walk around his place found out that they didn't open a hood, just started the engine. When arrived at home found out, that there is no physical key inside the remote, with low battery I even won't be able to open the car. Finally: right after the purchase need to take care of car and not sure that I'll start engine next morning; volvo keys purchase and car programming is really expensive, price is not so excellent after that.
