Drive 45 minutes, found a nice office area with friendly staff. However, they can’t help you unless you know what car you plan to buy. The guy I spoke to said, “we do things differently here. You tell me what car you want, I’ll go get it, and you can see it before you buy it”. I asked about several cars, and he told me they couldn’t accommodate me looking at multiple cars. I asked about a few specific cars from the website. Most were sold, a couple undergoing repairs, and despite looking for 2 cars, left without seeing anything. Big waste of time. They post great prices online, but seems like a bait and switch situation more than anything. Not the way to do business. How does one shop for cars you can’t see? No sense of customer service, and the whole business model seems very sketchy. More
I should have paid heed to all of the prior negative reviews for this dealer. I sent 4 info regarding 1 particular Jeep and received an automated response reach time stating the car was available and reviews for this dealer. I sent 4 info regarding 1 particular Jeep and received an automated response reach time stating the car was available and that someone would call me soon. After waiting 2 days I called and was told the car was no longer available. For the next 3 weeks the car was still listed and again I requested info to see if it was still available. They answered my email,said it was still there and someone woukd call. It's now been 1 month, no one still has called and the Jeep is still listed. I would be afraid to buy anything from such unprofessional and disrespectful dealers. More

Ok I when to this place place to buy a car. I saw the car that I was looking for had a few issues they promised to fix before closing. Closing date not fix any of the issues, car still nasty inside, they change the front brakes with the cheaper parts they have available, need to change it again a lot of dust and noise from those "NEW BRAKES" The sales supervisor T.J. is how he likes to be call is a VERY PROFESSIONAL LIAR he will laugh in your face. He promised with a very serious face that they order the seat that was broke in the car and if anything happens I can call him anytime with any problem well at my second call to check the status he told the sales person to tell me not to call him anymore looks like he doesn't have the courage to do it by himself so I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER BEEN IN 23 YEARS... Drove over an hour to see a car when I get there it has check engine light, door ajar light. They want you to commit to buying a car before they fix it. When I showed up to look at a jeep a gentleman by the name of Kent handled all my questions and took the time to share information about these types of vehicles. I felt very comfortable talking with him name of Kent handled all my questions and took the time to share information about these types of vehicles. I felt very comfortable talking with him and trusted him completely. After I purchased the vehicle, he made sure it went through a good safety inspection where they found it needed new Tie Rods and they were replaced at no cost to me as well as adding a brand-new top. I'm extremely happy with this dealer and plan to buy all my future vehicles there. It was a great experience and I hope Kent gets the recognition he deserves. Awesome person!!! More
