I purchased a 2008 vehicle from these crooks on April 19,2018 and well on April 23,2018 the engine blew, now i purchased a warranty that isn't even in effect yet because they haven't sent the paperwork in yet and i had to pay for the tow to send it in to them. when i test drove the car there were a couple of concerns i had regarding the vehicle like the coolant needed to be flushed as the temperature was rising to 200+ degrees and there was a slight pinging noise coming from the engine. and i was told the pinging noise wasn't of concern and that they couldn't do a coolant flush due to them not having a vacuum flush machine. well i called the service manager who goes by (KAM) and he was completely disrespectful calling me ignorant and not letting me talk when i was describing the issues. aswell as i am assuming that the crooks never did an inspection cause most lines were leaking fluids. Keep your hard earned cash and spend it somewhere that will value you and respect you. if you want to be like me and pay for a vehicle with a blown engine this is the right place to go. More

Horrible We had decided to take the chance and drive an hour from home to check out this car dealership. We know people that have had a good experience with th We had decided to take the chance and drive an hour from home to check out this car dealership. We know people that have had a good experience with this company. Unfortunately we did not receive the same kind of experience. We got to the dealership with an infant and toddler in tow just hoping to look at the cars and get an idea of which one we wanted. We had two picked out. The sales person took 40 min to bring out the first car because, we were told, that it was in a different lot than he thought it was in. He pulls up the car which is not the one we wanted to look at tells us the car we wanted to see has sold. So we decide to check it out anyways. Well it’s missing a headlight, the back to the drivers seat is off the seat and there are scratches all over it. The guy walks away after pulling up the car and disappears for 40 minutes! We had to ask someone else to go find him for us and they couldn’t find him either. He finally is found and tells my husband that he can’t take it for a test drive because there is no head light even though it was 4pm with the sun shining! It’s funny because he had to drive it to the lot for us to look at it but my husband wouldn’t have been able to drive it back to the same lot? It wouldn’t have mattered anyways because the car ran out of gas in the parking lot and the sales guy didn’t even know how to put gas in the car. He then brings us up another car. Again not the one we wanted to see because the one we wanted to see he believes was being sold but wasn’t sure. So instead of checking it out he brings us a car that looks like the passenger side was keyed! I was done by then I walked away. My husband looked at it but walked away as well. The sales guy was inside trying to figure something out so we again couldn’t have asked him questions if we wanted to. After spending 2.5 hours there we were only able to look at 2 cars. After that debacle we had decided to maybe give them one more chance. My husband called about a vehicle he was interested in to make sure that everything would be good to go and we wouldn’t end up like the previous time. The guy was very nice on the phone said he would give him a call back when he looked into it and we never heard from him. I was VERY disappointed in the car dealer and am so happy that we did not buy from them. We decided to go to J&M automotive in the same town and had the best service for a car that was around the same price. So do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile or 2 to J&M and get a much better experience. More
