TERRIBLE. They sell you cars with issues and continue to take your money doing sub par service jobs. I’ve had my car a year and been back at service 7 times, each time something else wrong. I bring it to an actual dealer, and they find something wrong with what the service felt did here. When you call, they yell at you on the phone if you question their work. Just terrible. Zero stars but had to choose. If you value your money and your life I’d take my business to a more reputable dealer that actually has managers that will return calls. They hid behind texts and are to afraid to call you back because they know they have very sketchy business practices. They sold us a vehicle that was unsafe, knowing my daughter totaled her car and thus the reason we were searching for another vehicle. They don’t respond quickly or at all unless you are ready to buy. However, after you give them your hard earned money, they send you on your way and don’t want you to come back unless it’s to buy another car. If there is a problem, TJ the so called manager won’t call you back. Read all the MANY MANY bad reviews before you take your chances buying from these scammers. They go to the auction with unqualified mechanics, pick what looks good and if anything’s wrong they will get it by you unless your a qualified mechanic and know what to look for when buying a used auction car. STAY AWAY YOU’LL be so glad you did! More

Would give zero stars if possible, shady business tactics that prey on people that don't have good credit or people that don't realize that they do. From showing cars with structural damage to asking for a d that prey on people that don't have good credit or people that don't realize that they do. From showing cars with structural damage to asking for a deposit and not issuing a refund when I wouldn't take the car is awful business practice. This place should be shutdown and investigated. More
So this guy took 1300$ from me and won’t give me back my deposit. I think it’s pretty messed up that this is even allowed. I called and spoke to 3 different people and nobody could help me. I've read on BBB.org a complaint dated 05/29/2018 that A Better Way Wholesale Autos gives gas cards to customers who leave 5 star reviews and I'm guessing one of the criteria is leaving the sales people's names. I'm not going to call out my sales person because I liked the guy, but I don't trust companies that pay for reviews. A number of things went wrong with my buying experience hence my negative review. First, I was promised 4 repairs: replace a cracked leaf spring, replace a door handle that was keeping interior light on and killing battery, a new battery to replace the one that sat discharged for extended periods of time, and fix an oil leak that was dripping oil right onto the exhaust manifold. Only the door handle and leaf spring - the two things that would affect my Mass safety inspection - got repaired. The promised repairs were noted on paper, my wife and I both saw it, but not on the disorienting, oversize sales contract and his notes were not included in the sales packet. Maybe the sales guy sent the demands to the service department and they decided not to do it. Who knows. Second, I did not dispute a single add on charge, I just signed on the lines next to where he asked me to because I needed to get out of there and pick up my kids. I was there for hours (dead battery, busy place.) What really angers me is the $200 VIN etch I opted for never got done. I can deal with being screwed over on the repairs that were promised by some sales man. What I cannot stand is not getting services I paid for. Third, I waited a week for the repairs before calling and asking if the truck was ready. I was told that it had been ready for days. No one called me. It was pouring rain when I picked up the truck so I didn't inspect it before taking it and even if I had realized the repairs hadn't been done before finalizing the purchase, I needed the truck right then. My car broke down and I needed a vehicle ASAP. How have they handled the situation? I don't know - I didn't try to resolve the problems. I'm sure they'll tell me to simply drop the truck off and they'll take care of everything. Well, it's an hour and a half drive one way to get a battery, change an o-ring, and get the VIN etch done. I'll eat the cost of the VIN etch and do the battery and oil leak repair myself and have fond memories of the time I had my very own bad used car dealer experience. More
