Dear Valued Customer, Our inspection of your vehicle on 12/09/15 indicated that your tires were on the low end of tread for the upcoming winter months. My staff was interested in keeping your vehicle safe given that 5/32 of tread depth is not sufficient for this type of driving. We had also indicated on your receipt that due to winter conditions we are suggesting replacement tires. Had we understood that your vehicle would not be driven for the duration of the winter our recommendations would of been different. I hope you understand that our intentions were for your safety and not for the financial reward. If you have further question, don't hesitate to contact me. Dear Mr. Guaillas, We sincerely apologize for the problems you experienced with your body shop repair. Although a repair of this magnitude is quite extensive and complicated, it should never have been delivered back to you in an unsatisfactory condition. In an effort to make up for those problems, our dealership absorbed your loss in vehicle value due to this highly costed, air bag deployed accident and absorbed the cost of early loan payoff. Aiding you to obtain a new vehicle at the same payment as your old payment was our way of making amends. In addition, your experience in our body shop has made everyone aware of better delivery inspection on such major accident repairs.
