Poor service disorganized I called and left a VM for service. No one called me back. My wife called the next day and they made an appointment for the wrong day. When I got there they were confused and had me for a different day. Then when I came to pick up the car no one helped me for fifteen minutes and didnt know where the car was. Our sales person Patrick Cambell took the time to get to know what we needed and with no haggles provided us with all the information we needed to purchase our new car. We purchased a 2017 Toyota Rav 4.! Patrick even took the time to explaine to use how to use the features in our car with detail and a very inviting patient that helped us feel at ease. Angel Ramos at the finace department took the time to explained to us every document in detail making us feel confident about our buy. We came back two days later to the dearler to get our alarm installed and the service department was incredible. it was as easy as 1, 2, 3. I will defenetly recommend A - ! Our experience with buying our second car from A-1 Toyota Kevin was the sales person who waited on my husband and myself and I must say I came in to pick up my car that was there for a recall reason, and left Kevin was the sales person who waited on my husband and myself and I must say I came in to pick up my car that was there for a recall reason, and left with a brand new Rav 4, Kevin is very knowledgeable, personable, down to earth straight shooter that gave us all the information we needed to purchase this car, after a short test ride I knew I was buying this car and Kevin made it happen, we came back the next day and he answered and showed us any questions we had and set up my 2 phones, Pandora and gps, Thank-you very much Kevin for time you spent with us and your patience, and I certainly would come back and see Kevin when I purchase my next vehicle More
Need a MAYBE selection on recommending this service center. I said that I would NOT recommend A-1 Toyota to anyone only because of my more recent visits to the service department. I won't go into too much detai I said that I would NOT recommend A-1 Toyota to anyone only because of my more recent visits to the service department. I won't go into too much detail, but over the past year or two, I have been starting to feel like the service technicians do not do what they're supposed to. Numerous times I've said I've had leaky this or that and each time they said they did not find anything. I have probably spent close to $8,000 or more in the past 3 years on repairs and some of the same things are still happening. I don't know much about cars and have not found a mechanic that I completely trust yet so I feel like I'm at the mercy of what they tell me. I am honestly starting to think that A-1 Toyota only wants to take your money. Don't get me wrong... I've been going here for service for nearly 14 years and have always had a great experience with the service writers. I hope the service writers aren't trying to recommend things that need to be done when they really don't, because I HAVE brought my car to a local mechanic in the past to get a 2nd opinion and they have said that the recommended work from A-1 was NOT needed. And regarding this, one time when I brought my car there for service, the technician saw me (I won't divulge his name and I'm not sure if he works there anymore) and pulled me to the side and quietly told me that whatever was being recommended (I can't remember what it was anymore) to have done DIDN'T NEED TO BE DONE. I thanked him profusely and this was the beginning of me feeling suspicious of the business ethics at A-1. Back to my experiences with the service writers... I've had the pleasure to deal with Ken Perrone and Tom Opuszynski for most of the times. They were both excellent and I felt comfortable with them for the most part. More recently I've been working with Tariq Muhammed and so far HE IS AWESOME!!!!!! I could listen to him talk all day! I hope he is one of the honest, good guys with good ethics. Since I've just started having him as my service writer, it's too soon to tell. But like I said, so far it's been great working with him even though my car is having problems. Just once he never called back to let me know the status of my car... he gets a pass this time. Tariq... until I get to know you more, you get 4 stars. ;) P.S. I might be getting a new car soon. I'm a little bit on the fence about buying from A-1 because I'm nervous about having to deal with the service department down the road if things start happening to my car and I get the feeling that something fishy is going on. And this is sad to feel this way considering: 1. A-1's location is so convenient for me, and 2. I really have had such a great experience with the friendliness of most of the employees that I've had to work with... Carol, Melissa (who works in accounting now I think), Ken, Tom O., Tony, and now... TARIQ!!! These are the ONLY REASONS I want to come back. I feel a certain loyalty because of them... SOOO NICE to deal with. It's the actual service on my car that makes me question everything. More

I would like to say we bought our Toyota Rav 4. last August. The ladies up front were very helpful, the salesman was incredible. The only sad thing was he passed away the week after we bought the car. .Special kudos to two individuals. Kenny Perrone handled my wife and when we bought the car in for service. .Matthew White serviced the car and was very clear and concise for everything we did. I once owned a Mercedes and never let the floor mats go. Matthew explained it was unsafe to put the Mercedes mat on top of the Toyota drivers mat. He was so right. It was very unsafe.. Ralph is the best! I refuse to get my car serviced anywhere that isn't A-1 Toyota. Not only do they do a great job, but they provide excellent customer service. I usually work with Ralph from the body shop when someone hits me and I need work done on my vehicle. Recently, I was hit by someone and my right side mirror was completely knocked off. Ralph helped me and made me feel like I didn't have to worry about anything! He took care of all the annoying and tedious back and forth between insurance companies. A few months after fixing my car, I noticed my mirror malfunctioning again. There was internal damage that was not found after assessing the accident the first time. After servicing my Camery, Ralph was able to get the insurance company from the accident prior to reimburse me for what I had to put into it. Ralph, as well as the other A-1 Toyota staff, were very pleasant and I will continue to be a loyal customer as long as they remain pleasant service providers.
