They know what Customer Service is all about. A-1 saved the day by agreeing to correct sub-standard body shop work done by another dealership. They did not have to take on a job, which required them to fix someone else's mistakes, but they agreed to do the work necessary. Working with Ralph and Christina made for a pleasant experience, at an exceptionally trying time with the other dealership. They were extremely professional, guiding me through the whole process and providing me my vehicle in proper working condition when the job was complete. The A-1 body shop team was great to work with, and I would recommend them highly. More
Amazing customer service I recently took my Toyota Prius to A-1 for body work after an accident. I was noticeably upset. I was completely reassured and put at ease. The body shop manager, Ralph Doyon and the shop coordinator Christina Hendricks treated me with great courtesy and competence. They handled everything promptly and efficiently. My car was restored to showroom new appearance. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by A-1. I cannot imagine every taking my vehicle anywhere else. I also know, that when I am ready for my next car I will look no further than A-1. More
Time taking First, they don't even wash your car when you give it for a service. That's something new to me. When asked about the wash they say "no wash offered f First, they don't even wash your car when you give it for a service. That's something new to me. When asked about the wash they say "no wash offered for 'JUST' an oil change". Well, that oil change took more than 2 hours with a scheduled appointment. Tony was really helpful though. I'm just tagging him in this review cause I don't remember the names of the people with whom I interacted with. More

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION!!!!! I bought an alarm system and they installed. Later on I installed an aftermarket strip of LED lights to the back of my car asnd the alarm system faile I bought an alarm system and they installed. This is not supposed to happen considering the alarm system is a new and advanced peice of hardware. Instead of finding a solution to the problem, the only thing A1 Toyota decided to do was blame and insult me. A1 Toyota has dissapointed me. More
poor follow up Although the experience of leasing my vehicle was excellent, i can't say the same about my service experience. i took my car to get rid off the smoke Although the experience of leasing my vehicle was excellent, i can't say the same about my service experience. i took my car to get rid off the smoke smell from the previous owner. after they told my sales rep they would give me a loaner, the day before they told me for that type of job a loaner wasn't available. then after we work things out and left the car for service when i picked the car up i noticed my windshield was cracked. i brought to their attention, needles to say how upset i was , 3 different persons "in suits" came outside telling me that couldn't happened there but that they were going to look at video to make sure and they were going to call me the next day to let me know what they saw. bottom line no calls, no contact from any one... a windshield is no big deal but when you talk a big game just follow trough.... They caused a problem to charge me for a repair I went in for my Lifetime Oil Change and complimentary tire rotation and walk out with a $150 repair bill from them breaking the bolts that hold the t I went in for my Lifetime Oil Change and complimentary tire rotation and walk out with a $150 repair bill from them breaking the bolts that hold the tire on. Ok, so I know unexpected things happen but two times they work on my tires two times the bolts are broken and need to be repaired at $100 labor and $10 per bolt. They go on and tell me it is common in older vehicles like mine and they see it a lot. So if it is common is it a defective part? if they see it a lot are they negligent and causing the problem? I complained there in person and they couldn't care less. I was just told "oh you have an old vehicle." I can understand if it was something mechanical but a bolt that holds a tire on? All 5 bolts that hold the tire on??? The only saving grace of this place is Carol (I believe it was her at the checkout counter). She happened to have a $25 coupon to help me out. But going in for a free service and still walking out with a $120+ bill due to a problem they caused... yay (a sarcastic "yay"). I don't trust this place with any repair because it seems they cause more problems in order to charge you more money. Its no wonder why they give a free oil change or free tire rotation... they get you in, break something, then hit you with a bill. I wouldn't be here complaining if they even tried to work with me. They didn't care about anything other than me paying a the bill. More
