He did not put pressure on us, understood that we had a difficult budget to work with and found us deals that made it all work. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Angel Ramos explained the finances to us thoroughly and completely and made sure we were comfortable with the deal and understood what we were getting into. The staff at the desk that welcomed us was courteous and helpful. We will definitely return to this dealership even though we live almost an hour away. My latest purchases, however, came about after a tree fell on my "new" Prius bought in January and totaled it! Both my daughter and I escaped unharmed (but it could have been very bad!) Bought another Prius with the help of Patrick and Carlos - so glad to work with such good folks with such great understanding!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. More
