Great Experience Overall I was fortunate to purchase my second TRD pro 4Runner from A-1 Toyota. The first one was purchased out of state and I was ecstatic when I found one l I was fortunate to purchase my second TRD pro 4Runner from A-1 Toyota. Despite this, the staff was overly helpful and Quincy, in particular, was always available for any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Patience, Competence and Relaxed Atmosphere ! Having bought a new Toyota Avalon in 2001, I knew that my experience with this dealership was the reason my car ran so well for 18 years. However, it was time for a newer used car and I had the good fortune of having Quincy Smith as my sales person. He was knowledgeable and particularly patient as I had to acclimate myself to the new technology. He listened to my car needs and I ended up test driving a Camry and a 2016 Avalon. For me the Avalon was the clear winner as it best suited my needs personally and professionally. I found that Quincy was patient and did not mind clarifying all the new technological changes . His manner was relaxed and I did not feel as if he were pressuring me to buy a car or make up my mind right away. In reality, I came back the next day and as he enumerated all the options I had to purchase the car ,as well as the advantages of buying it from A-1 Toyota, my mind was made up. He made buying my new car a very positive experience ! More

He gave me options that was really helpful that i didnt think i was able to buy a car with my credit level. His level of financial options were superb. Then i met with Sunny. He explained the interior of the car, he did an awesome job connecting the audio for me and the bluetooth, he made sure i understood everything he explained in detail. AMAZING customer service I found A1 Toyota on Facebook when I was looking to lease a new car. I filled out an online questionnaire and was immediately contacted by Jerry. We set an appointment for me to get familiar with Toyota cars. I was met at the door by Jerry himself and he introduced me to my salesman George. George is a very nice gentleman with a witty personality. I explained to George exactly what I was looking for (heated seats, leather seats, remote starter) in a car or SUV. George took me out to look at a beautiful 2020 Toyota Corolla. I knew this was the car I wanted...as we were walking into the showroom there was a BEAUTIFUL BLUE 2019 Camry. I asked George to get me the numbers for both cars ...after a few minutes the numbers came back and were actually below what i planned on spending. I quickly filled out the application and was signing on the dotted line within an hour. I want to thank Eddie, Jerry, Mustafa, Gary. Sunny and of course my man George for their INCREDIBLE customer service. Everyone at A1 Toyota made me feel very special. I highly recommend them . More
