Visited this place to buy a vehicle advertised for $16,300, regardless of financing. Once we sat down, the price of the car was $24,800! Yea, you read that right, $8500 additional! A complete waste of time. Run from this wreck! More

We called to inquire if they would honor the price advertised on Autotrader and if there were any hidden fees. We were informed that there were no fees other than sales tax and DMV charges, so we drove from NJ to their location. Initially, we were informed that the selling price was approximately $600 higher than the advertised price, and there was a different cash price (about $6000 more) compared to the price if we financed. Consequently, we agreed to finance and managed to negotiate the numbers back to the advertised price. However, at this juncture, we were made to wait for over 4 hours as their financial manager was occupied. Eventually, we contacted Geico, insured the car, and were led to his office. There, he attempted to upsell us an extended warranty on top of the price. Upon declining, the "financial manager" casually asked how we would like to pay our down payment, swiftly charging $5000 to our credit card without prior consent. Upon his return, he asserted that we misunderstood the agreed-upon price and demanded an additional $5000 on top of it. When we refused, he adamantly declined to refund the $5000 charge. Consequently, we were compelled to involve the credit card company in hopes of disputing the charge. If you come across this review, carefully consider whether you'd like to engage with individuals of this sort. Their business practices are nothing short of criminal! In retrospect, the warning signs were there from the outset, subtly masked by the veneer of politeness and eagerness to make a sale. However, beneath the surface lies a culture of deceit and exploitation, preying on unsuspecting customers who are simply seeking a fair and honest transaction. More
Shout outs to Gary Rolando Arturo and Isaac for going above and beyond. They helped me find the right car and you can’t go wrong with 95 auto above and beyond. They helped me find the right car and you can’t go wrong with 95 auto More
Donovan was a great sales person, respectful and not pushy, made the process fast and easy. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I like the large vehicle variety, I will definitely recommend. pushy, made the process fast and easy. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. After calling the dealership and asking for Christian (the most highly reviewed salesperson there; some others apparently weren't so great) with the intention of making a five hour drive down to pay the (the most highly reviewed salesperson there; some others apparently weren't so great) with the intention of making a five hour drive down to pay the asking price, I gave up. I'd been looking for exactly the RC350 year and options 95 Auto has listed, but when I called and asked if Christian were available, the woman who answered said he was on a call and would call me back. Then after being put on hold I was told there were three Christians (?), which I'd have thought would have come up when I asked for Christian initially. Then she told me she was the salespeson on duty, but after I said the reviews didn't use Christian's last name and I didn't know there were three of them in sales (she said they had 16 salespeople), she said a manager was going to call me back. Two days went by and no phone calls and no email, even after submitting a form and then calling and leaving my info. I struck up a nice conversation with Addison through their text chat and she tried to be very helpful and pass along the fact that all I wanted was Christian to simply email me the paperwork that confirmed the OTD price that would reassure me about making a 10 hour roundtrip drive, as at least one Yelp reviewer said he made a long drive and was then surprised with a several thousand dollar upcharge. Addison was unable to get any of the Christians or a manager to do this one simple thing for a customer who wanted to pay full price but didn't want to make a 10 hour drive in vain. Three days later, a salesperson called me, but I'd given up on them and was left very suspicious that the advertised prices were what they actually charged if they weren't even willing to send that to me in writing. (Note: This DealerRater review form I was sent required me to select Bibi Singh as the salesperson, but I never talked to Bibi and have no opinion to share about Bibi.) More
I have given up on your dealership. Multiple calls and messages were not answered. The dealership is not up front with the pricing. It's classic "bait-and -switch". Even though I'm app Multiple calls and messages were not answered. The dealership is not up front with the pricing. It's classic "bait-and -switch". Even though I'm approved to buy your car you will not disclose final pricing and this is unacceptable with my Federal Credit Union. I also believe your reviews are fake. I went with another dealer and they were more than happy to give me a sales agreement in writing. More
