Hi Victor. First, I'm glad you were able to get your issue taken care of. Did you get your car fixed at one of the shops we referred you to? We don't use refurbished parts so our parts are generally more expensive than other shops since they are Genuine Nissan parts and not refurbished or "knocked" off. Please always ask when you shop elsewhere if the parts being installed are refurbished. We are glad to hear you are mobile now! We look forward to seeing you again for your free car wash!Liz

It's not surprising Steve took such good care of you as he is an important member of our service team. Did you know he's the service director? Steve says hello! Regarding price, we are a little higher than non-Nissan shops because we use only genuine Nissan products and fluids. Our staff is Nissan Certified and also go thru ongoing training. Liz
