Normally I rate this location all 5 stars. On this occasion I came in for a oil change and tire repair. The oil change was completed but the tire repair wasn't. Needless to say my tire went flat and n occasion I came in for a oil change and tire repair. The oil change was completed but the tire repair wasn't. Needless to say my tire went flat and now I'm still in need of repair. Overall I'm unchanged in this locations ability to meet standards however this time they dropped the ball big time... More

The dealership was very informative when doing an analysis on my car. I drove my car to the dealer and I was asked to turn the car off to check how sluggish the car was starting. It took them 30-40 analysis on my car. I drove my car to the dealer and I was asked to turn the car off to check how sluggish the car was starting.
