Went to dealership for an oil change & tire rotation. Oil change $55, tire rotation $30-$35 so I'm looking for great service meaning I could've went somewhere cheaper with excellent service. Anyway I'm driving home and I notice my tire pressure is off on all my tires. I call the dealership to talk to Steve ,young lady tells me he's busy I tell her the situation leave my name & number for a call back from Steve, no call back. So I call the next day 12/15 to talk to Steve. he's busy so I explained the situation again he says he'll pass it along to Steve. So finally Steve calls I explained to him the situation and let him know that they didn't rotate my tires correctly because the tire with the lowest pressure was on the back passenger side now it's on the back driver side! So it was a bad experience will not return will go to another dealership. Thank you More
