I was there for an oil change and took over 2 hours. I wasn't too pleased about that. Darryl was my service advisor, he was very informative, he communicated with me the entire time. The service was quick and I was out in a timely manner. The service center (Daryl) was great. He was friendly and displayed great customer service. I bought my car from Otis in August 2020. I have been trying to reach in for a while.
