My experience was gratifying. I had multiple issues with my car. The first repair was completed and i thought the headache was over, but another major issue popped up completely unrelated to the first. The my car. The Service Advisor, Kevin, was always approachable and there was never a problem contacting him for updates. His estimates on cost and completion times were always spot on, and I felt he did whatever he could to make me happy and save me a few bucks. Steve was helpful as well. My tires wasn’t rotated . I have to come back because the person working my car was standing in the back talking . I stood and watched him for ten minutes . I had to go get Steve to tell him that I to go the person working my car was standing in the back talking . I stood and watched him for ten minutes . I had to go get Steve to tell him that I to go .. I asked them before they took my car could they get me out in time .. they oh sure we can .. so now I have to come back and get the tires rotated another day . This day .
