Service needs to be trained It took 2 years to repair a vehicle that was purchased from this dealership. if it weren't for Zac and his excellent customer servixe- I would never r It took 2 years to repair a vehicle that was purchased from this dealership. if it weren't for Zac and his excellent customer servixe- I would never return. Staff needs to be trained on work ethic. The importance of treating a customer as such with great customer sercixe,honesty, and respect are not components that are carried by this department. Where did the friendliness and eager to please go? No one is friendly anymore. Service manager had an attitude.
