Overall pleasant experience Customer service representative, Torrey was very personable and pleasant to work with. He check on my while I waited for my car to be service to make Customer service representative, Torrey was very personable and pleasant to work with. He check on my while I waited for my car to be service to make sure that I was comfortable. He gave me an update on the status of my car, as far as time left to wait. He also made me feel like he did the best that he could to assure that my time was not wasted. While I understand that he didn’t have very much impact the time I spent there waiting for my car to be serviced, it was nice to know that he cared enough to do the best he could to assure that I spent the minimal time necessary waiting. More
