Picking up my vehicle After my vehicle was repaired and upon pick up it was found that my key fob battery was dead. Both young gentlemen who work in service were very helpful. They sought out their supervisor, I suppose, who was seated in a sales room on his phone. When they told him the issue he was unbothered, shrugged his shoulders in a dismissive way and went back to playing on his phone while telling me I need to go to Walgreens. I told him he would need to get his life together and then expressed that I would go and speak with Zac. I found Zac and told him my problem and he said NOT A PROBLEM and changed my battery then and there! I did not even report the poor service from the employee to him as it seemed as though that person doesn't care too much about his job and may eventually find himself without one sooner than later on his own merit.
