oil change I called around 8am to see if I needed to have an appointment before I came in for an oil change,the response was no. ( unlike another Nissan dealers I called around 8am to see if I needed to have an appointment before I came in for an oil change,the response was no. ( unlike another Nissan dealership, which required an appt for everything) I went in and was out in about and hour. ( Pleased with the greeting I received by Mr Hall) With it being my first time there , I was pleased with the visit and service. More

excellent service I had to leave my car ahead of my scheduled appointment time , and although the service dept. was full and more customers arriving I was taken care of I had to leave my car ahead of my scheduled appointment time , and although the service dept. was full and more customers arriving I was taken care of by your service advisor Torrey Hall who examined my car and wrote up the work order for service allowing me the time to make my appointment. and with the full house of appointments and walk in customers called me to update me about the trouble and cost of service to correct the problem, also Torrey called me when it was finished and tested every thing OK ,I'm very satisfied with my visit it was the first time using 94 Nissan service dept. and I will return if i have any other troubles with my car.
