Very disappointed First I can never reach anyone to make an appointment for service. Secondly, the wait time is horrible once you can take off or go on an off day. I had to send my dad because of my work schedule and I wasn’t able to reach anyone to schedule a time they had him wait 3 hours to say that I an issue that’s $100 was $550 either way was covered on my warranty which there system could not locate while he was there frustrated my dad left. I then called to speak with a manager in sales that informed me I have a bumper to bumper warranty that should have come up, not to mention I’ve gotten work done before under the warranty and if they would have looked further could have seen given every car that comes in is scanned in the database which gives you info on the previous visit and payment method. Never the less I was told receive a call for service and that still hasn’t been done. This is the worst service I’ve experienced in along time More

Most of all, he has always been friendly. The other servicemen have also been great during all my visits. The technicians who have serviced my car have also always done a great job. I have never experienced the quality of service that 94 Nissan of South Holland provides. From the moment you pull your car to the service area you know that you and your automotive needs will be taken car of. One serviceman in particular,Doc. Reese is someone everyone should emulate. Dissapointed! I gave this rating because after my oil change/tire rotation service as i was driving i noticed that my car had not been reset. I called back to ask how to reset it myself and lady at service desk stated everybody was busy and i could just come back at a later date to get someone to do it. WOW! More
