My experience was gratifying. I had multiple issues with my car. The first repair was completed and i thought the headache was over, but another major issue popped up completely unrelated to the first. The my car. The Service Advisor, Kevin, was always approachable and there was never a problem contacting him for updates. His estimates on cost and completion times were always spot on, and I felt he did whatever he could to make me happy and save me a few bucks. Steve was helpful as well. My tires wasn’t rotated . I have to come back because the person working my car was standing in the back talking . I stood and watched him for ten minutes . Once again I have had a more than great experience at 94 Nissan. recently had an oil change on my Armada after a road trip and was in and out in under 1 hour. My truck has always run perfectly but these guy Nissan. recently had an oil change on my Armada after a road trip and was in and out in under 1 hour. I came in and clearly told the person I was working with what budget I had and what I was looking for. I felt that I wasnt really listened to and was pushed into a car even when I repeatedly told them I wa what budget I had and what I was looking for. I ended up having to settle because it was late and I really didnt have any other option. Then in the following days I had my salesperson text me randomly without any identifying information ie no name or location. So of course I am not going to respond or call the number I was sent telling me to call for a 'welcoming call'. After I found out it was him it was days of being told bits and pieces of information they needed from me. If this were the case I shouldnt have been allowed to leave the lot with the car or at least I should have been told there would be paperwork I still needed to fill out. Just over all wasnt satisfied with the whole process. More
