The Manager Will Chase After You For A Sale. My husband and I had a terrible experience yesterday. Nissan's manager chased after us as we were headed to our car. He said we were not serious buyers and called us a joke!! I told him my husband is buying me a car a.s.a.p., and I want to search for the best deal. I don't know how that equates to we're not serious and a joke. He was unprofessional. I can't blame him though, I would've chased us too after seeing the income my husband makes. Chad was no better. He said he was confused when I told him, the numbers they configured were not what we were looking for. I don't know how much more laymen I could be. These guys were playing games with us too. I wish I would've filmed this transaction for Youtube. You all should have seen the promissory note the boss wrote for us in marker on a piece of paper. Chad kept scratching out the numbers to get us to agree to a payment. To add flame to the fire, Chad kept saying he didn't know exactly how much the car cost. This was quite a show. I deeply regret going after that Altima coupe first. Their competitors down the street were busier, which suggests better deals and customer service. I do not recommend Nissan South Holland. More

Kayla, a very nice young lady called me several times she even called me on my birthday, that made me extremley happy that she made that gesture to think about me. I've dealt with dealers before along with experience in the business but I believe honestly out weights the dollar amount a salesman and dealer gets when selling a car. This was not the case here. A Nissan Pathfinder 2010 was listed online at $26,800 but with some cosmetic issues, Suv vibrates when idle, auto driver window did not close to do an electrical calibration issue, tires tread failed the quarter test ($0.25) by not covering or touching the head of George Washington, and a periodic chirp that the salesman (Willie) could not explain why, could not find the fuel economy settings for the over all current MPG and HPG, and very bland about who I was or getting to know me as customer. This dealership knew I was knowledgeable about the system and didn't bother to negotiate with me. To add injury to insult the so called manager show a invoice sheet with a suggested retail saying that the price listed is what they paid for it? I've found other Pathfinders that were newer and lower in price at other dealerships who were willing to work with a price. Nissan of South Holland is about the money for themselves and not the customer. Salesman (Willie) didn't even take down my name and number or offer a card (which is very sad) when he found out how much I knew about Nissans (Owned 4 in my lifetime). Not trying to bash but just being honest. Also, it's strange to look at their website with reviews of all 5's (Stars) and no bad reviews. That's not realistic and should tell you something about Nissan of South Holland. This car wasn't worth the price and with the defects mentioned but they still wanted a high price when I know that SUV values at around $22,500 (True Market price) but set at the price for a new car almost. I've did my research and the Bank assessed the SUV I was looking at as well and it wasn't no where near the price offered. The manager even had the nerve to say that the original price was at $29,000....For God sake it's 2013..lol. I will make sure I will spread the word about this place. No value of service and no honestly what so ever. I love Nissans but dealers are another story itself. More

This is my third visit to Nissan of South Holland, Il. One visit was good, the car I was looking at just did not meet my needs. The second time, I visited unannounced, looking for a car that was advertis One visit was good, the car I was looking at just did not meet my needs. The second time, I visited unannounced, looking for a car that was advertised on their website. When I got there, I was told that the car was unavailable for me to look at because the owner had driven it home. This time, today, I saw some M series Infinity vehicles on the website and called to see if they were available to view. I was told yes, they are there for me to look at and that I should ask for Will Broughton when I got there. Needless to say, when I got there, after wasting almost an hour of my and my wife's time, we were told that one of the M series cars had been taken home by the owner and that the other one had gone to auction......yesterday. Which is when I think that they think I was born. It amazes me that it is considered acceptible to tell a customer that because the boss did something, it is ok. That just seems arrogant to me. The "bait and switch" of advertising something on a website that is desirable but is not really available is unfortunately not new to me, it seems really common in the car business. I guess that I was naive in thinking that a phone call to confirm availability would result in accurate information. I honestly feel sorry for Will that he has to work under these conditions. I think that this is my last trip to Nissan of South Holland and unfortunately and unfairly, my last look at Nissan/Infinity vehicles. Recently, well about 3 months ago, my wife and I both came in to get oil changes with the kids and I knew we were going to be there all day however, to my surprise we were out of there in an hour. They lied to me and were very deceitful. They told me one thing but changed it once I signed the papers. I was told I had 30 days to come up with the down payment but when I signed the papers, they said 3 we thing but changed it once I signed the papers. Not only that, they cashed the check before the settled date and that caused me to pay an overdraft fee of $36.00. That really pissed me off. We had an agreement and they broke it. They didn't keep their word on the date. The sales manager and sales consultant said the car was in good condition and had no problems but I left with two problems. A squeaky back brake and leaky struts. I called the sales consultant to tell him about the problem. He said he would call me back but never did. I had to call him back but he surely called me non stop for his money. He was only worried about getting paid. I've been there 3 times and had to wait four or more hours and they lied and said they fixed the problem but I watched them the whole time do nothing. I had to drive in the car with the service director and he even said the problem was annoying. So they lied to me and said they problem was fixed but clearly it wasn't. They only fixed one problem and refused to searched for the other problem. This has been the worst experience ever. I am very disappointed. I would never come back here to buy a car. More
