Leasing a vehicle I was not pleased with process time of purchasing a car. I was there for 7 hours. I'm a diabetic and needed to eat. Salesperson was all over the place I was not pleased with process time of purchasing a car. I was there for 7 hours. I'm a diabetic and needed to eat. Salesperson was all over the place did not spend enough time to communicate with me or go over details of the car. Also, I presently had a lease car to returned back to ford dealership which the Mr. Smith made commitment to assist me to return the car. He told me to call him and he will assist me getting the car back but unfortunately he did not returned my call. I was very frustrated trying to returned present lease vehicle back to Ford Dealership. I had to find somebody to help me get this car back. I was stuck with two vehicle in my possession. I'm a senior with health challenges and and didn't received respect professional customer services. I felt I was thrown to the side. I really don't like the vehicle cause the features doesn't work all the time. I'm having a problem operating these features. Sometime the audio and phone work sometime. Some options don't work!!!!I wish I had stay with Ford. Ford took the time to go over all details and send me away satisfied!!!! I need to know more about warranty. Mr. Smith was all over the place doing other things except communicating with me. Sorry, I haven't respond sooner due to health issues. I would like to meet with someone concerning the defects of this vehicle and my warranty package. Thank-you Ms. Rita Godwin More
