Dissapointed! I gave this rating because after my oil change/tire rotation service as i was driving i noticed that my car had not been reset. Simple Review I only had two concerns, the first day of my service visit I was informed the part (oil pan) was not in stock and would need to be order which was fin I only had two concerns, the first day of my service visit I was informed the part (oil pan) was not in stock and would need to be order which was fine but when I returned to my car the hood was down but not down and locked, I am not sure if that was because the mechanic was venting heat out of the engine compartment or if it was oversight. The second concern was the service center forgot to include the $70 deposit I put down on the ordered part which lead to the final bill being $70 higher than quoted.price. I noticed this at the time of payment and the cashier verified and the bill was corrected. Otherwise the service was good. More
