Short and sweet I had a very easy time working with Kelvin. He was understanding, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. If he couldn’t answer; he knew those certain questions, I could ask Vino, who handled the finance part of my purchase. My only “complaint” would be the time consumption. I believe I was there for close to 5 hours. However, that’s not the reason I gave the 4 star rating. I gave the 4 star rating simply because I’ve only had my car for 3 days. Too early to judge the rating of the actual vehicle but I am loving it so far. Thanks for all your help Kelvin! P.S, I saw the manager Tina Haddad was preselected, however, I don’t remember interacting with her. I didn’t want to rate someone on service that I can’t remember. The only woman I interacted with during my time at the dealership was the one who handled the transaction of the down payment on the vehicle, but I unfortunately can’t remember her name either. If that was Tina, then I apologize, however, our interaction was very short and like I said all she handled was the transaction for the down payment. More

Torrey helped us arrange a rental car. 94 Nissan to Alternator went out on 2002 Nissan Pathfinder after more than 300,000 miles on a Saturday morning. Torrey helped us arrange a rental car. 94 Nissan took good care of the vehicle. We donated the vehicle to our 15-year-old nephew, who will install a new alternator and hopefully get more good memories from the Pathfinder! More

Whenever I go there I feel confident that they know what they're doing and will take care of my car in the way it needs to be serviced. The only down side is that it seems to take forever for the work to be done, and you have to be prepared for a fairly lengthy wait, even for a small thing like an oil change. I guess that speaks to how popular they are and how much people trust their work. More
