This young man makes sure you understand all the details of what is going on, he is very understanding when you do not know and makes every effort to put you at ease with the details. He was knowledgeable of what I needed for my care and took the time to tell me what could wait until next time and what I could do now -within my budget!! Did I add that he is a great customer service friendly !! AS an FYI-the young ladies at check out are awesome-however the sales team on the floor if I am servicing my car please do not try and sale me a new one!! I know how to shop for a car--I did it before---remember!! How about thanking me for the one I purchased and still coming in as part of the promo instead of AM I ready for a new one!! Such a turn off!! More

I went here to get a oil change, tire rotation, and a inspection to see if there was anything else I needed. I was told that I need 2 filters a log with the other services.
