Haven’t been here in years( I have a Nissan 2006 Altima). Recently just brought a 2020 Murano. Went to have oil changed . Remembered Derryl from years ago. The customer service was terrible. We were not greeted upon arrival. We waited over 10 mins just for someone to great us. Even with an appointment it took over 4 hours for us to get our vehicle back for a upon arrival. We waited over 10 mins just for someone to great us. Even with an appointment it took over 4 hours for us to get our vehicle back for a test. I dealt with an employee named Darryl who was rude and unprofessional. He did not get to the bottom of the issue with my car. He spoke loud and aggressively to me via phone. He needs to be put on some form of corrective action so he never treats another customer like this again. I do not plan to purchase or get my vehicle serviced at this location. When I dealt with the manager Steve after this issue his customer service was phenomenal but Darryl’s behavior was enough to keep me from coming back. More

Not a good experience at all!!! I was rushed along which caused a major problem with my warranty and it’s proper use. They did not collaborate with the warranty company at all before servicing my car which caused a major problem with my warranty and it’s proper use.
