Despite arrived by tow 5 minutes to closing, the men in the service center were very kind and understanding and stayed late to assist with getting everything ready for my claim and repairs. They took a difficult situation and turned it into a very positive experience (albeit one I do not hope to repeat anytime soon). More

The '13 Pilot was bought by me Pat and although we were married for 61 years, it was never his car. He drove a pickup.. I wrote the check to buy the Pilot and traded my "06 Pilot for it. He was with me but that was as far as it went. Any other communication sent addressed to Jim will go directly into file 13 (trash) without looking at it. I have worked hard to get MY credit score in excellent shape just for this reason. I am and have always been an independent person. Thanks! Tim Mc Nabb did an excellent job with my recall service. He was friendly and apologized that it took a bit longer than he anticipated. Gave me a free oil change, Thanks Tim! More
Nobody knew what was going on Had an appointment, but when I checked in they said I wasn't scheduled. Then found out I was. (told everyone was new, not my problem) Was not called when promised. Had to wait at office after hours until finally got call. When I picked up my car, it had a huge greasy thumb print left on my driver door and was not cleaned off. Had just washed my car two days before. Did not make me happy. Thought they were to do quick detail when cars taken in for repair at least paper mat in floor and clean up after themselves. My car was less than 3 months old. Not too pleased with the service. May have to take card in for oil changes to Tulsa or OKC if they don't care anymore than that. You ask to rate and name below. I have no idea of the names and have not had work done longer than 24 hours so don't feel I can rate that yet. More
