6th Avenue Honda - Service Center

Missed the problem I told the service department my battery was fine but the engine would crank very slowly before starting and occasionally would take several tries to I told the service department my battery was fine but the engine would crank very slowly before starting and occasionally would take several tries to start. I paid nearly $200 for the multi point inspection they said i needed to diagnose the problem and was there for 4 hours and they told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle. A week later i was stranded and had to have my vehicle towed back to the dealership because it didn’t start and they immediately came to the conclusion that my starter had completely gone out at that point but somehow they completely missed after a 4 hour inspection a short week before. After all this with no refund, discount, or apologies, Kayla, an employee, literally begged me to write a 5 star review “even though they messed up.” Definitely the type of mechanic that lacks proper knowledge and skills. Would absolutely never recommend. More

Excellent service! I recieved excellent service at 6th Avenue Honda. I brought in my car not sure what was wrong with it or if it would be worth it to even work on it be I recieved excellent service at 6th Avenue Honda. I brought in my car not sure what was wrong with it or if it would be worth it to even work on it because it's so old. They gave me exactly what I needed to fix my car! Not once did I feel like they couldnt fix my car just so I would buy a new one. I've been to other service stores that took advantage of my lack of car knowledge and I didnt feel that way here in any way. Very friendly people and fast service! I will be back. More
