They took very good care to repair my auto's issues. As I said they repaired my problem and it was under warranty. I would like to say your phone answering and transferring of calls is probably the worst I've encountered unless it would be AT&T. They did worse than you do. TRULY you need to work on that. If I had a reason not to ever go back to 6th Ave. Honda is would be the lack of proper phone answering and transferring of calls. I was placed on Hold several times and would be on hold for up to 10 plus minutes. More
