Did not do what they said they would. Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Was asked if I wanted to "upgrade" to BG oil products. If I continued to use BG it would give me a lifetime warranty on my engine etc....I said ok, gonna be $68 instead of $48. Needed my phone number so they could text me recommendations after they checked it out. I waited 2 hours. Ran errands around town with my husband. Never heard from them. Called them, said I never got a recommendation. It had been 2 hours. They said "hold on a minute". Someone sent me the recommendation. My questions is, how long would I have to wait for what was recommended if I wanted it. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing at this business. To top it off, I was never upgraded to BG oil. They did not try to charge me for it.....Makes me wonder if my oil got changed at all. They never mentioned if they rotated my tires and at this point I did not care. I will not be returning. More
Service center installed lower engine cover. Service was prompt and they even added air to a tire. I waited at the center until the work was completed. It was a rather simple job. Talk don’t text I found the texting of information about my car while I was in the waiting room to be extremely poor customer service. Service providers spent more ti I found the texting of information about my car while I was in the waiting room to be extremely poor customer service. Service providers spent more time looking at their iPad than they did communicating with customers. I can go to a privately owned oil change place and have service providers say Hello and provide nice, pleasant interactions, concerned about what is needed by the customer. Texting me and then coming to talk to me over 15 minutes later is not showing concern or being very nice. On a bright note, the women who I interacted with to pay for the service were and always have been, fantastic!! More

Replaced Battery Service replaced the battery in my vehicle with no difficulty. Returned the following month for an oil change and service then advised me in the "mul Service replaced the battery in my vehicle with no difficulty. Returned the following month for an oil change and service then advised me in the "multi-point inspection" that the battery required immediate attention because the battery cables showed signs of corrosion. Service inspector indicated that the terminals "should" have been cleaned for corrosion upon the installation of the new battery. He then advised that when I return home I mix Coca-Cola and baking soda and endeavor to remove the corrosion myself, or bring the vehicle back in to the garage for a $29.95 battery service. I didn't pay for the installation of a new battery to pour Coke and baking soda over my battery terminals. Poor oversight on this service job. More

At drop off I was told the repair only took an hour and their service department wasn't that busy so having the car ready before noon wouldn't be a problem. It was not ready until mid-afternoon and I had to call several times to find out my vehicle's status. I will not go back to this service department. More
