I am truly sorry you feel that way. We always strive to give the best customer service in our facility however there are things that happen beyond anything we have touched in your vehicle. As I explained the nose mask recall is a part that’s on the edge of your hood and when we open your hood there isn’t anything we inspect, take apart, or operate that would cause your air conditioning to have a noise inside the cab of your vehicle. I am more than happy to schedule an appointment for you for a diagnoses on your vehicle for a discounted date of $130.00. As of January our diagnoses rate changed to $155.00.
