I took my Accord 2009 for a recall and it turned out that the model of my car doesn’t have the part that should be changed. So, I basically wasted my time. The next thing I know is that the AC is making nois the model of my car doesn’t have the part that should be changed. So, I basically wasted my time. The next thing I know is that the AC is making noises that I never heard previously. The service manager stated that I needed to pay diagnosis fees in order for her to look at the problem. (The problem actually occurred at the time I took back my car from the dealership). I don’t believe that was intentional, but I think it’s totally unfair to pay diagnosis fees on a problem that most probably occurred from the service! More

When I went in it was for something other than what I contacted about, but Renee remembered my name and looked up our e-mails and asked me about what was going on. Found the problem and let me know, will schedule an appointment as soon as I hear from her again and I can get my schedule cleared. More

Helpful with warranty coverage I went in to get a new battery because I knew it had died. The staff was super helpful, but then they realized when looking up my record that my car w I went in to get a new battery because I knew it had died. The staff was super helpful, but then they realized when looking up my record that my car was still under warranty and the warranty would cover the cost of the replacement - I didn’t even know that. They walked me through the whole process of getting assistance to tow my car to the location, and we got the battery tested and replaced. Even though the test took a long time they constantly kept me updated so I didn’t feel like I was waiting around for nothing. More

Corrected Repair In a routine visit for an oil change, the technician discovered that the newly replaced battery (bought at Honda) had not be cleaned at the terminal c In a routine visit for an oil change, the technician discovered that the newly replaced battery (bought at Honda) had not be cleaned at the terminal cables. After a conversation with the general manager about this oversight or negligence, the general manager made an appointment to get my car in and remedy the problem, cleaning the cables for the battery terminal. The problem, admittedly, should have been remedied on the initial installation of the battery, but the general manager and manager of the service department quickly remedied the problem, got the vehicle in and the battery cables cleaned! More
