My experience with Honda has been the worst experience that I have ever dealt with, the car I bought is great! The service team and sales team that I bought the car from will not answer my phone calls wil that I have ever dealt with, the car I bought is great! Sold me a broken key that I asked to get fixed before I bought the car and they did not do that. I also asked for paperwork on my old car and the car that I bought three separate occasions and they never gave them to me. Due to their negligence I ended up locking my keys in my car and had to pay $70 to unlock my car, I left a voicemail two days ago and have never heard a response back. My mother is trying to now cosign for my car and I cannot get a hold of the financial advisor. I think that 6th Ave., Honda is the biggest joke that I’ve ever heard of and I will not be doing business with them anymore. More
The actual car service is perfectly fine, however after just an oil change I have been bombarded with calls and emails from both the dealership and 3rd parties. I made a phone recording of what the radio was doing on my phone and showed Renee. She looked at the technical reports from Honda and found that it needed a software update to fix the problem. Had my car serviced and back to me in less than an hour. More
