The Service Dept at 6th Avenue Honda was professional and courtesy. Chase explained priority items beyond the oil change with no pressure to complete the work. I had a sudden serious problem with my car. They were very attentive to my description of the problem. Although they could not get to it for a few days due to a backlog they thoroughly tested it, diagn very attentive to my description of the problem. FIRST THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEED TO CHANGE ONE PART IN MY CAR AND MY CAR WILL WORK BUT AFTER DOING EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER THAT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEED TO CHANGE ANOTHER PART IN MY CAR ( WHICH WAS EXPENSIVE), BUT I REFUSED TO CONTINUE WITH THEM AND THEY CHARGED ME MONEY WITHOUT FIXING MY CAR. I TOWED MY CAR TO ANOTHER GARAGE AND HE FIXED IT IN A COUPLE OF HOURS WITH LESS MONEY AND WITHOUT CHANGING ANY PART IN MY CAR.
