Pre bought new tires and scheduled for install and oil change. Seemed to be going well and I received an email suggesting a multitude of more work they wanted approval on (I do think this is normal), upo change. I was finally picked up and returned to my car after I made the call. My tire pressure light came on the next morning and I took my car back in and the guy pulls up and stated that he reset the light on the dash. I asked if he checked the tire pressure and he said eh they’re fine. Tire pressure light came on again and I called and spoke to the service manager and never in my life dealt with such a non service oriented person worker or much less a manager. Ride, unfriendly, and while I love to see a manager stand behind her employees in this case she went way to far as to say I’m sabatoging my own cat. Done so done! More

The service individual I dealt with was very professional, listened to what I had to say and courteous.
