Khud, we are sorry that the warranty was different that what you anticipated. We do not offer the certified pre-owned Kias, so the warranty you mentioned would not be applicable to our inventory. We did offer to make up that missing warranty coverage at our cost, and we felt we did everything we could to accommodate your mother's situation, even going as far as picking her up and taking her back to her residence.
