We had a 2014 with just a few miles over 1500 dead in our driveway and had to watch it get hauled away on a wrecker after less than a month. I hadn't even tagged it yet! Understand it wasn't the dealerships fault, but after a week and no known reason for why it died they replaced it...as a new loan...and turned around and had the van on the lot for sale a few days later, after I was told it had to be sent to Honda to diagnose. Not to mention they fell back on their word to compensate for our headache on buying our tag, title. Great way to show true customer service by getting the sale and tossing the continued service to the side. Only positive experience was working with Patrick Brooks.... Moral of the story, should've gone with my gut and word of mouth and gone to Honda of Bartlesville! More

Excellent customer service We initially looked at cars on Sundays so not to have to "deal with the salesmen". Finally not being able to put it off any longer we had to look when the car lots were open so I could test drive some. We knew we were going to buy a new small SUV but we were undecided on which brand. We stopped at Honda to look at the CRV. That is when we met Jordan. He is very personable, down to earth, friendly and really made us feel like he wanted to help us get a vehicle. He was low pressure and even let us leave without a hassle to go get something to eat and to talk about and think about our decision. Plus I fell in love with the CRV as soon as I drove it. I never thought buying a car coul be fun! We had been searching for MONTHS for the perfect car, and we finally found it on the Barry Sanders Honda website. We made an appointment to test drive the car, but when we got there, the person we had made the appointment with was busy with another customer, so we were directed to a gentleman by the name of Blake Munoz. This guy was the best. He was about our age, so we were all very comfortable talking honestly, and frankly, goofing around. We were serious about buying the car, but the whole experience felt like more like hanging out with a cool guy, talking about cars, rather than negotiating with a dealer. We did an excellent test drive, he encouraged us to play with all the buttons, knobs, and switches, and to take a LONG test drive around the lake a few times. He was very knowledgeable about our car, as well as cars in general, and was very enthusiastic about the mechanical aspect, which really impressed my boyfriend and made me more confident about the car I wanted to buy. When we went back to the dealership to negotiate the prices, all business was handled under the influence of helium from balloons that had been strung up around the dealership. Yes, helium. So the purchase was made while doing our best Alvin and the Chipmunk impressions. But we still got a GREAT deal! We went back and fourth about pricing, but Blake kept reassuring us that he was "working for us." While that's probably a pretty standard car dealer phrase, he still got us exactly the price we had been planning on paying. I've never spent so much money at one time, but Blake Munoz made it a fantastic experience and it was well worth the drive to Stillwater. All the employees were extremely friendly and they seemed like they genuinely cared if we were having a good experience, but Blake was the one who really made the day worth while. More
