Lied about Orginal Deal both I am a very sad and disturb how I was treat at Honda at the Barry Sander in the Stillwater Oklahoma. I have several reasons to be very upset and frustrated! First of all I was lied to straight in the face by Stephen my sale guy, then to top it off I was lied to by the finance manger Calvin Mullins, He told me send I was lied to from my sale agents Steve he was going to make good on giving me Millennium Service Contract for free, and so that why I could not get the deal I was originally was told I am almost cutting the cost of the vehicle 5,000 dollars, the car which was 15,000. I was told straight in the face with a warm smile the service contract was free, When looking over the doucenment it was include in the contract making the care 18. 289.00 They both look me in my face and smile and they both told me with a smile with a warm heart , we are giving u the best deal possible, Calvin Mullins also told me that the whole deal with the credit in all was 18,289.00 with the credit amout after looking over the contract the whole deal was 29, 8222.40 for a 2016 Mazda with alos 40,0000 miles on it. I was upset , angry, this morning after reviewing the contract, . Also I have a witness that can testify to what I am saying they told me I am giving u a good deal, the service contract is free, I want to know from this young man why did u lied to me! People can be deceiving and hide behing a mask, I can of felt angry, discourage about the whole setup, I even told Calvin Mullins that I have already look at the review and I see that u all respond back. I would like him to respond back to me , because he seem athentic. I cannot give you what was promise, I drove 48 miles out of the way to get the initiatives that I had spoke to my sales person about before I got there, the tags title tax, the 500.00 that why I drove 48 miles out the way , I end up with out the car. witout a deal, Calvin Mullins finance Manger u look straight into my face and told me I am giving u this warranties for free u lied and u add in the contract, the warrants was added into the contract 15000.00 warranties was 2380 subtotal was 17,880.oo dealer process was 399.00 10.00 total of the whole process was 18,289. 00 balance due 18289.00 do this look like the warrantieis was free when u Calvin Mullins add it into the contract and told me to my face why dont I just give u the warranties for free! I was kept there for hours also , I am very hurt, Smile face , Smile face sometime they dont tell the truth , Smiling face tell lies, and I got proof. The pat on the back we take care of our customer , Calvin it that what u told me with a straight face, knowing all the time u hd added it on to the contract, I would love to hear from Calvin Mullins for a respond. I know u are at the top of your game been very young can u sleep at night u going to meet the same people on ur way down!!! When buying a new vehicle I would avoid this dealership and shop around in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.! Avoid this dealership at all cost!! er frustrated More
Finally went above and beyond! I purchased a Honda Fit for my son from this dealership because of its proximity to the college. We had difficulties from day one with the car and th I purchased a Honda Fit for my son from this dealership because of its proximity to the college. We had difficulties from day one with the car and the original service department was less than adequate. After a year dealing with the same problem and at least 2 different service managers and 5 subsequent visits, the service department loaned me a car so my son could drive mine and meticulously worked over the issue until it was resolved. I drove their car for three weeks while they worked over the issue and Amanda Kenning kept me informed of their progress along the way. After such a poor initial experience, they have redeemed themselves. More

Amazing Service For about a month before I went to Honda, my car had been in and out of another shop in town. This shop was quoting me an absurd amount to replace som For about a month before I went to Honda, my car had been in and out of another shop in town. This shop was quoting me an absurd amount to replace some parts of my AC, so I decided to call Stillwater Honda Cars and see what they would charge me. Not only did Stillwater Honda Cars fix my AC issues for less than half the price the other mechanic had quoted me, but they also provided me a really swanky loaner car while mine was being worked on. In the end, I got my AC fixed as well as a chunk of other work done on my car, and Stillwater Honda Cars STILL charged me less than the other place quoted for just the AC. And beyond that, the woman I mainly worked with, Amanda Kenning, was phenomenal - very friendly and apologetic when there were hiccups. She also provided me with easy to understand explanations of the issues with my car which I very much appreciated. She really made the experience delightful. As a young woman, it's always really difficult to trust any mechanic, and I have had my fair share of problems. And, most of my life I've believed the incorrect idea that dealerships are there to get you. Stillwater Honda Cars not only proved that idea false, but they also provided excellent service and made me feel like I could trust them (which isn't something that comes easy!). I will definitely be bringing my car to Stillwater Honda Cars in the future. More

Finance guy Calvin was rude and unprofessional. The only pleasant thing about my visit was the salesman Sawyer. Everything after the sale has sucked. I wouldn't buy a dog leash from this place. First of all, half of my $5.000 down payment went for an extended warranty that I did not ask for. Second, I was told I would get a loaner car when my car was in the shop. That's not happening either. Stillwater Honda sets me up appmt's to get my car serviced and a recall fixed knowing there is no car available while mine is in the shop. I live an hour away and they want to shuttle me home and figure out myself how to get back to pick up my car. Kimberly in the service department wouldn't even answer my calls leaving me to start over with someone else in service. They just gave me the runaround until I gave up and called a different Honda Dealership. I wouldn't recommend Stillwater Honda if you're looking for integrity after the sale More

Spoke with Curtis the sales manager on the phone, had an agreement and paying their asking price for the car. They send someone to pick up my mother who lived 45 minutes away (I'm 6 hours away in St Louis, trying to do this over the phone), get her all the way back to the dealership, then change the terms of the warranty prior to signing the sales/loan papers. Warranty changed from 10 year/ 100,000 mile to 36 month 40,000 miles, What a bunch of Jerks! Did not close on the deal. STAY AWAY! More
