If I had a reason not to ever go back to 6th Ave. Honda is would be the lack of proper phone answering and transferring of calls. They know how to take care of their customers I had a grinding noise in my brand new Civic when I was driving and it concerned me greatly. "Best Experience"- I've had when purchasing a new vehicle. Purchasing a vehicle has always been drudgery for me. I'll say that my experience at 6th Avenue Honda was a welcome change. Issac Smith was very friendly and accommodating with his phone calls, emails, and welcoming me at the dealership. He has a grateful manner and handles business very professionally. He and Tyler Dean worked well together as a team to demonstrate the various vehicle components during test drives and to get it in showroom shape following my purchase. Richard Woodard handled the financing and closing very professionally as well. I expect my positive experience to continue with good, professional, economical service at Sixth Avenue during the life of my Honda Pilot. The negative part of my experience was, I rated my trade-in as excellent, and someone in management said you can't have an excellent used vehicle, and used that to devalue my trade-in. KBB rated it significantly higher. More
