Good Customer Service They were very nice and explained every service completed on my car. I was charged for a tire rotation although they didn't end up doing it. Not so Pleasant I set up my appointment online. The clerk had to manually write down what I wanted done even though it should have already been available - big wast I set up my appointment online. The clerk had to manually write down what I wanted done even though it should have already been available - big waste of time. I wanted my windshield wipers replaced. I had to go back because there wasn't any in stock. This meant another 40 mile round trip for me. The shop should have known to order wipers based upon the appointment I made on-line three days earlier. Why have an online appointment service if the shop does not have access? I requested a shuttle ride reservation. I was told the shuttle is always available and I do not need to make a reservation. A shuttle was not available when I went to the shop. One of the employees offered to give me a ride. The only reason I scored the overall rating at a 3 instead of a 1 is because the assistant manager on duty (John Russell) did his best to appease the issues. More

Spots I had spots on my drivers side window and several on my windshield, I tried several glass cleaners I had at home and no luck! Pulled in to service bay and was greeted by Amanda, she looked at the spots and said let me get Tim. Tim came out immediately and looked at the spots and said I’ll be right back, he returned with several cleaners and towels (it appeared he had raided the detail departments stash!) Tim proceeded to work on the spots and was able to remove all of them! Thank you Tim and Amanda! More

I finally decided that the 2019 Honda Civic was the car I wanted and so I did the appraise your trade in on the 6th Avenue Honda website. Within minutes of hitting submit, I got a call and text from Drew at 6th Avenue. He was friendly and did not pressure me at all. When I went into the dealership, Drew met me in the parking lot and helped me throughout the process. He was very helpful, answered all of my questions and was fair. I love my 2019 Honda Civic and would recommend 6th Avenue Honda to anyone in the market. More
Very bad experience I was there for three hours and charged $150 for an inspection. They told me my tires were so bad I shouldn't be driving, and they said they found not I was there for three hours and charged $150 for an inspection. They told me my tires were so bad I shouldn't be driving, and they said they found nothing wrong with my car (it wasn't starting and was making loud engine noises). I went to another mechanic because I knew they were wrong considering my consistent car issues I've been having recently and I got tires only a year before. The new mechanic had found that I needed a new battery, fixed the noise, and informed me my tires have years of life left. I don't understand how they could be so off on my inspection, and I'm furious I was charged $150 for an inspection that led to them not finding the very simple problem. Not to mention, they tried to get me to buy $500 worth of tires I don't need for 4-5 more years. More
