Used car buy Sales guy Arthur was awesome and dealerships had great selection. Finance guy was ok not to customer friendly. Had a problem with our used car trade in it had about less than 83000 miles on it and when filling out paperwork for loan financing guy said it had 86000 miles on it and when I tried to correct that he got very defensive and saying his guys were not wrong. I didn’t get top dollar on my car probably because of that mileage mistake. Also before we started financing paperwork our sales guy told us a lower payment and it went up by $40 more when we started to talk with financing guy. Overall sales were great and management only bad was financing guy. He is a little rough and stern. He was not mean but not to customer friendly. More

Oil Change I was the first customer of the day at 7 : 45 am. I got the car returned only close to noon. Not getting one has gotten me a tad bit disappointed More
Missed the problem I told the service department my battery was fine but the engine would crank very slowly before starting and occasionally would take several tries to I told the service department my battery was fine but the engine would crank very slowly before starting and occasionally would take several tries to start. I paid nearly $200 for the multi point inspection they said i needed to diagnose the problem and was there for 4 hours and they told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle. A week later i was stranded and had to have my vehicle towed back to the dealership because it didn’t start and they immediately came to the conclusion that my starter had completely gone out at that point but somehow they completely missed after a 4 hour inspection a short week before. After all this with no refund, discount, or apologies, Kayla, an employee, literally begged me to write a 5 star review “even though they messed up.” Definitely the type of mechanic that lacks proper knowledge and skills. Would absolutely never recommend. More
