Dishonest business Went there for recall work. Online system does not work well, scheduled me for a time at which I showed up there in Stillwater and was told there was Went there for recall work. Online system does not work well, scheduled me for a time at which I showed up there in Stillwater and was told there was not enough time to do it that day and had me reschedule. That's not what made me mad, though. They recommended $850 worth of services that I should have done, and some of the things on the list were definitely incorrect. There's a brand new timing chain in the car and fresh oil, yet they recommended I get an oil change because my oil was old. There's not even 100 miles on the oil. Rental vehicles were unavailable, making me have to drive from my home town, round trip, a total of 4 times, including vehicles a partner be l drove so we could head back home. Service fine, mainly mad that they tried to get me to pay for stuff I did not need and lied about the condition of the vehicle to scare a customer into paying them a bunch of money unnecessarily. More

He not only expressed his professionalism on my situation but he brought his manager out to hear our story. They worked with us in the most professional manner and guided us through the process. I've purchased many vehicles in the past but today was the best. Living out of town was difficult but customer service they excelled at. As my dealer went above and beyond. I'm now a forever customer and will send all my future purchases their way. Thanks to the entire team at Honda! More
