Hello, Our goal is to exceed all expectations but it seems we fell short with your experience. After visiting with my team, I understand you made your appointment after hours and our system for some reason did not sync properly. Since then the problem has been resolved, and I am sorry we had to cancel your appointment the following morning. I do apologize and I hope you will consider us for your next appointment. Our hours are 7:30am to 6pm, Monday through Friday and 7:30am to 4pm on Saturday, if you prefer to speak to someone vs using the online application.
