My experience with Honda has been the worst experience that I have ever dealt with, the car I bought is great! The service team and sales team that I bought the car from will not answer my phone calls wil that I have ever dealt with, the car I bought is great! The service team and sales team that I bought the car from will not answer my phone calls will not call me back. Sold me a broken key that I asked to get fixed before I bought the car and they did not do that. I also asked for paperwork on my old car and the car that I bought three separate occasions and they never gave them to me. Due to their negligence I ended up locking my keys in my car and had to pay $70 to unlock my car, I left a voicemail two days ago and have never heard a response back. My mother is trying to now cosign for my car and I cannot get a hold of the financial advisor. I think that 6th Ave., Honda is the biggest joke that I’ve ever heard of and I will not be doing business with them anymore. More

The actual car service is perfectly fine, however after just an oil change I have been bombarded with calls and emails from both the dealership and 3rd parties. My salesman was awesome! He was so genuine and really made me feel comfortable dealing with him and the team. This dealership did more than they had to and even without me asking! I had my kid with me so made me feel comfortable dealing with him and the team. This dealership did more than they had to and even without me asking!
