Poor communication by service department regarding servicing of vehicle and repair times to be performed. Questionable diagnostic assessment of repair needs. Took our vehicle to have a second opinion servicing of vehicle and repair times to be performed. Questionable diagnostic assessment of repair needs. Took our vehicle to have a second opinion of service needs and was surprised at critical repairs that were not addressed. We have used this location since it was Fenton Honda. We currently have zero confidence in the current management and service department to give us quality customer service with an honest assessment of what repairs are actually needed. More
