The service people at first rejected my insurance only because they saw that my insurance card said ‘Texas Liability Insurance’. Just because the card says Liability doesn’t mean that is the only thing co because they saw that my insurance card said ‘Texas Liability Insurance’. Just because the card says Liability doesn’t mean that is the only thing covered. They should have called Progressive to verify that everything was in order. Progressive said this was the first time they had heard of a situation like this, especially since they work with clients with Texas insurance that are in Oklahoma all the time. Once that was out of the way, they did an adequate job of providing me the necessary service. More

Everyone was, of course, very friendly and accommodating! Michael (salesman) was excellent! He was genuine, friendly & knew the vehicle very well. Where we had a problem was we were aiming at a payment of $335. The finance guy ( maybe Jason). Assured us he could get us there. It was all good and everyone was on the $335. page and we got home & read the paperwork without any pressure etc & the payment is $375.77... We were really aggravated! Granted, we are grown & we signed the contract & were all on board but all we heard was &335. I think we expected him to be honest & lay it out & say 375. Is all we can do! But as long as we were there they said $335. We, of course, will live with it & take our part of the blame but feel that the last word from finance should have been the real payment amount. Truthfully we probably would have realized it was as good as it was going to get & been ok with it. Just be honest! Other than that, it was a pretty pleasant experience.... a lot of it because of Michael. Who, as a young man did a wonderful job of being genuine!! More
Technician did not fix the problem of no lighting on the climate control panel and gear shifter in the dark and obviously the technician or service representative knows their Honda vehicles very well. Instead they wanted to warn me or make me feel that whatever the problem maybe is its not covered under warranty. That is pretty sad that a person spends 25000 on a car plus gets pressured to buy the warranty and then when it comes time to have something fixed, its a problem. I will go with Toyota in the future. I now will travel 2 hours out of the way to get the vehicle fixed as I made one call and the service rep was able to tell me that yes the climate control panel should light up at night like I thought it should. That is a safety issue to not be able to see the buttons at night but yet service department thought it was normal for their vehicles to not have this feature. Sad!! More

Only come to 6th Avenue Honda if you want to be ripped off and fed lines of xxxxxxxx. I have attempted to buy 2 separate vehicles at this dealership. The first a 2020 Ridgeline and the second a 2021 CR-V. off and fed lines of xxxxxxxx. I have attempted to buy 2 separate vehicles at this dealership. The first a 2020 Ridgeline and the second a 2021 CR-V. This dealership operates as if the internet does not exist and have no ability to determine dealer invoice prices. When attempting to purchase the CR-V and the Ridgeline I was given a price anywhere from 3.5k to 5k above their dealer invoice price. When I attempted to negotiate I was told that the "price was the price" and that they "did not negotiate prices". Even when I was able to pull up their invoice price I was told that information was "wrong". I prefer to buy locally to support local businesses. When I returned with prices 3.5k-4k lower from another Oklahoma Honda dealer I was again told "we don't negotiate price". I have never been so confused in my life. This dealership exists only to rip off college students who lack real world knowledge or those who will surrender to high pressure sales tactic. STAY VERY FAR AWAY. More

I am very disappointed in the service we received. We were given a quote for service and agreed on that price. When I picked up our van, the cost was more. I was told because of parts.
